Meet Your Founder

Julie Morris helps midlife women reconnect with their power, clarity, and confidence — without getting lost in the overwhelm and uncertainty of menopause and life's transitions through yoga, coaching and chakra energy healing.

With nearly 20 years of specialized yoga teaching experience and over 1,000 hours of advanced training, Julie brings deep expertise in women's health, menopause support, and mental wellbeing. She has supported thousands of women through pre and post-natal periods, menopause, and major life transitions, and has further training in the Eastern modalities of Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Julie's approach combines ancient wisdom with modern science, creating a safe space where women feel genuinely listened to, validated, and empowered to navigate their midlife journey with strength and confidence.
