Absolutely. Our therapeutic yoga is gentle, accessible, and designed for all bodies and abilities. Everything is modifiable, and there's no pressure to "perform." This is about coming home to your body, not perfecting poses.
All sessions are recorded and available within 24 hours. However, live attendance is strongly encouraged for the full transformational experience and community connection.
Plan for 4-5 hours per week total: 3 hours live + 30-60 minutes watching pre-recorded content + 30 minutes personal practice/journaling. This is an investment in yourself.
Yes! This is an online program via Zoom. As long as the time zone works for you, you're welcome from anywhere in the world.
